Col. Tarun Mitra is a qualified psychologist from the prestigious Defence Institute of Psychological Research, New Delhi.

He has had the distinction of twice serving as a psychologist on service selection boards at Selection Centre East, Allahabad, and carries with him vast experience in the field of psychological technique.

A triple postgraduate, he has been involved in the training of service aspirants at various levels and possesses the qualities to train and nurture the aspirants desirous of joining the Armed Forces as a commissioned officer.
