An assessor with 25 years of experience in the Indian Navy, with 3 years as a group testing officer. He is an alumnus of the Indian Naval Academy and a President’s Gold Medallist. He holds six postgraduate degrees in management and a doctorate in psychology.

He has mentored more than 1,000 candidates successfully through the selection process.
