With over 23 years of dedicated service in the combat arm of the Indian Army, Lt Col Mahesh Gupte (Retd) brings a wealth of experience to our team. His exceptional contributions during his military career earned him the prestigious Chief of Army Staff Commendation. Notably, he also served as a Military Observer with the United Nations Organization’s Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, showcasing his commitment to international peacekeeping efforts.

Beyond his military achievements, Lt Col Mahesh Gupte (Retd) boasts seven years of corporate expertise in the manufacturing and IT sectors. During this time, he held pivotal leadership roles, playing a pivotal role in driving organizational growth.

Lt Col Mahesh is a scholar as well, holding a PGDM in HR from IMT Ghaziabad and completing a management course at IIM Ahmedabad. He is also certified in subjects like Design Thinking and Change Management from MIT Sloan in the USA.

As a trained military psychologist, he was stationed at the Selection Centre Central, where he honed his skills in assessing candidates aspiring to join the Indian Army. Additionally, he has conducted numerous programs focused on SSB guidance, personality development, and leadership, benefiting armed forces personnel and the corporate sector alike.
