Group Captain P S R Krishna (Retd) has completed 30 years of exemplary service in the Flying Branch (Navigation) of Indian Air Force. He is a Qualified Navigation Instructor (QNI) and possesses vast experience in the operational flying on AN 32 aircraft. Renowned for his unwavering punctuality and methodical approach, he exemplifies the core values of the services that he represents. With an illustrious career shaped by discipline and dedication to duty, the officer stands as a seasoned professional for people to emulate. 

Having served as an Interviewing Officer in prestigious AFSBs Mysore, Gandhinagar and Senior Interviewing Officer in Varanasi Selection Board, he brings with him a wealth of experience in the interview technique.  He has conducted about 5000 interviews at the three Selection Boards comprising candidates of NDA, AFCAT, CDS and service entry. Being an experienced IO, he was the clear choice as co-opted Technical Inspection team member during inspection visits to various AFSBs.  He was also entrusted with the responsibility of heading the only Personality Assessment Cell (PAC) at Air Force Academy, Dindigul, Hyderabad for monitoring the performance of about 300 cadets undergoing training at the academy. His sharp insight, balanced judgement and commitment to fairness have left a lasting impact on thousands of candidates who have appeared before him.
