By using this website or registering for any AFPA program, you agree to the terms below
1. About Our Services
AFPA provides training, guidance, and educational support for defence aspirants.
AFPA does not conduct the actual SSB and does not control the final selection process.
2. No Guarantee of Selection
AFPA does not and cannot guarantee recommendation or selection in the Services Selection Board.
Every candidate’s result depends on personal effort, performance, eligibility, medical fitness, official procedures, and other factors outside AFPA’s control.
3. Registration and Fees
Program fees, registration fees, and payment terms will be shared at the time of registration or on the relevant program page.
Your seat will be confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance of your registration.
4. Refund and Cancellation
If a cancellation request is made at least *14 days before* the course start date through the official email address, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting a *Rs. 2,000 cancellation charge*.
If the cancellation request is made less than *14 days before* the course start date, the registration fee will not be refunded.
5. Batch Change Policy
AFPA does not manually allow batch changes.
If a student wishes to join another batch, the existing registration must be cancelled and a fresh registration must be completed for the new batch, subject to availability and applicable terms.
6. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for:
* Providing correct information during registration
* Following instructions shared by AFPA
* Maintaining discipline and respectful behaviour
* Taking care of their own belongings
* Working on their preparation sincerely
7. Health and Safety
Students must follow all safety instructions during training.
Participation in certain physical activities may be restricted if AFPA believes it may create a safety risk.
8. Website Information
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and updated. However, AFPA may change programs, schedules, trainers, fees, policies, or other details at any time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and training material, belongs to AFPA or is used with permission.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
AFPA will not be liable for any indirect loss, missed opportunity, travel loss, personal decision, or result-related disappointment arising from use of this website or participation in any program.
