Wg. Cdr. Rajan Krishnamurti is a very experienced and Qualified Interviewing officer with over 3,000 interviews spanning nearly five years. He is an experienced transport pilot with nearly 5,000 hours in various aircraft. He has worked in Indian Air Force as chief ground instructor, and in Air HQ as JDPO. He has been a Senior Interviewing Officer at 1 AFSB Dehradun.

He has liaison with Army and Naval SSB boards and DIPR during standardisation exercise. He has worked in CPSS at AFSB and is a gifted coach and mentor.

He has the uncanny ability to pick up weakness in a candidate and groom them to overcome it.
