• Lieutenant commander visited Andaman ENC to discuss Naval responsibilities.

Lieutenant general Manoj Pande (CINCAN) visited the eastern naval command of the Andaman and Nicobar islands. Lieutenant general discussed the responsibilities and different operational work of the Indian Navy on the Eastern Seaboard. He was accompanied by his wife Archana Pande, who is the president’s defense wives’ welfare association.

  • Solar power plant inauguration took place in the Mumbai Naval station.

Solar power plants were inaugurated officially on Wednesday, which costs approximately INR 14 crore and will be providing electricity to the Naval station thoroughly. To save a total of INR 30 lacs per month, the solar power plants are installed in the Mumbai Naval station.

  • Chinese troops are still present in the Finger 5 area, capturing Pangong Tso.

After the huge face-off between the Indian and Chinese troops, the Chinese army still did not leave the Finger 5 area of Pangong Tso in Eastern Ladakh. Indian army is on high alert and is constantly keeping an eye on the Chinese troops to keep situations under control.
